What is meant by a One-Way journey?
This is exactly as it sounds. A journey starting from one point (point A) to another point (point B). There are no pick-ups or drop-offs allowed other than at these two specified points.
What is meant by a Return journey?
Starting at point A going direcly to point B. Then at a later specified time returning directly from point B back to point A.
What type of vehicle is best?
The length and purpose of the journey and any special passenger needs dictates the type of vehicle. If you are traveling out of town make sure to have a large vehicle that will accommodate everyone comfortably. If you have over 8-10 passengers, you may need to consider one of our SUV stretch limousines.
Will I have to pre-pay for transportation when I make my reservation?
If paying by credit card you must present the card to driver upon arrival. Credit card will be billed ahead of time.
What forms of payment do you accept for Orlando transportation?
We accept Master card, Visa, Discover, AMEX and cash.
I forgot something in the vehicle. What should I do?
You must call us immediately and report the items left behind. We will do our very best to recover your property, however we are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If we find your items, we will notify you immediately to make arrangements for pickup or delivery. Please note: we may charge a nominal fee for transportation of your belongings to your hotel.
